Bishop Sally William Chinebu is a Nigerian Christian leader and director of the Nigerian Parliamentary Israel Allies Caucus. She also serves as Country Director of the Africa–Israel Initiative (AII/NAII) in Nigeria, part of a network founded by Christian leaders to strengthen ties between African countries and Israel. The initiative operates in multiple African nations and emphasizes biblical responsibility toward the Jewish people alongside practical cooperation in technology, agriculture, and development.

Chinebu has publicly urged African nations to move from dialogue to concrete partnership with Israel, stressing financial resilience, shared vision, and the moral imperative to stand against antisemitism and hatred. On International Holocaust Remembrance Day, she has warned that “hatred grows where silence thrives,” calling remembrance a duty that reinforces human dignity and the prevention of genocide.
