41. Pastor César Castellanos

César Castellanos is a prominent Colombian evangelical pastor, author, and international Christian leader. Together with his wife, Emma Claudia Castellanos, he founded the International Charismatic Mission (MCI) in Bogotá in 1983 and developed the G12 Vision, a discipleship and church-growth model that has influenced churches around the world.

Castellanos has been a public advocate for prayer for Israel and solidarity with the Jewish state. Following the October 7, 2023 attacks, he published a message titled “United in Prayer for Israel,” calling Christians to pray for Israel and invoking Psalm 122:6, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.” His ministry maintains a connection with Israel through G12, including ministry and discipleship trips that bring Christian leaders to Jerusalem and other biblical sites.

Through the G12 Vision, Castellanos has built an influential international network spanning numerous countries, giving him a significant platform among evangelical and charismatic Christians worldwide.
