Pastor Luis Meza Bocanegra is the president of the Movimiento Misionero Mundial (Worldwide Missionary Movement – MMM) and a central figure behind Bethel, the church’s influential media network in Peru. Known for merging faith, media, and activism, Meza Bocanegra has become one of the most prominent evangelical voices in the country. A strong supporter of Israel, Meza Bocanegra has championed Christian Zionist causes throughout Latin America. In May 2025, he organized the March of Life rally in Lima, mobilizing over 12,000 Christians in public support of Israel—a landmark event that reinforced Peru’s evangelical solidarity with the Jewish state. Through Bethel's programming, he continues to promote Israel-focused theology, cultural ties, and international Christian-Jewish cooperation.
