30. Pauline Plummer

Dr. Ruth Pauline Plummer is a minister of the gospel, businesswoman and TV professional. She serves as First Lady of Israel for the COGIC Israel Jurisdiction alongside her husband Bishop Glenn Plummer. She is an award-winning national and international recording artist. For over two decades, Dr. Plummer has served as television host, minister, Christian educator and project manager for many non-profit organizations. She is a sought-after speaker, humanitarian, entrepreneur, and CEO/ Founder of Covenant Daughters International Ministries, a 501c3 organization committed to preserving authenticity and trustworthiness of the Gospel’s message through mentorship. She attended University of Louisiana-Monroe and earned a Doctorate of Divinity from Tabernacle Bible College in Miami, Florida in 2004. She received an Honorary PhD from University of Leadership and Sound Doctrine in 2019.
