Johnnie Moore

Reverend Johnnie Moore is a prominent evangelical public policy leader, Director of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, founder of The KAIROS Company, and president of the Congress of Christian Leaders. Twice appointed as a commissioner to the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom, he has been a steadfast advocate for religious liberty worldwide. Recognized as a “noted evangelical friend of Israel,” Moore played a key role in the Abraham Accords process and has met with Israeli leadership to advance interfaith cooperation. In June 2025, he was appointed executive chairman of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, describing its mission as “serving the people of Gaza with dignity and compassion.” Reflecting on his work, he has said, “I found so much of my faith come alive through that experience... I almost can’t think of my life as inseparable from Israel in some ways.”
