15. Troy A. Miller

Troy A. Miller is a senior executive with more than 30 years of management and business experience. Miller has served as president & CEO of NRB since July 2022.

During Miller’s tenure, NRB has formed robust partnerships that serve to strengthen relationships between the Christian community and the Jewish people. The NRB Convention brings together Christian and Jewish leaders annually for receptions, special events, and informative sessions to honor Israel, discuss advocacy efforts, and increase understanding to combat contemporary antisemitism.

Since the October 7 attacks, Miller has been leading regular solidarity trips to Israel for evangelical Christian leaders and frequently speaks on Christian support for Israel in media interviews. At the NRB 2024 Convention, Miller joined the Knesset Christian Allies Caucus and Israel365 to announce the “Biblical Heartland Resolution,” calling for accurate references to Israel’s heartland as “Judea and Samaria.”

Miller is an active member of the American Christian Leaders for Israel (ACLI), most recently participating in their annual Israel Advocacy Day on Capitol Hill. The NRB 2025 Convention hosted a reception to highlight ACLI’s work. Miller attends regular coalition meetings advocating for Israel, including the Jerusalem Leadership Conference, Tikvah’s flagship gathering of Jewish and American leaders dedicated to addressing cultural, educational, and geopolitical challenges. As president & CEO of NRB, Miller has upheld the association’s historic support for Israel and concern for the welfare of the Jewish people.
