33. Zach Bauer
Zach Bauer has spent his career as a steadfast advocate for Israel and the Jewish people, rooted deeply in his Christian faith. From his earliest days working on Capitol Hill for then-Congressman Mike Pence—to his service in the White House as a senior advisor to the Vice President, Zach has consistently championed policies that strengthen the U.S.-Israel relationship. He played a key role in assisting historic visits to Israel, including the Vice President's speech to the Knesset and visit to the newly relocated U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem. His dedication is also deeply personal—having traveled to Israel both privately and professionally, he recognizes the power of firsthand experiences in shaping a deeper appreciation for the Holy Land. Influenced by his father, Gary Bauer, former Presidential candidate and President of American Values, Zach developed a lifelong commitment to standing against antisemitism and promoting Christian support for Israel.
Since assuming the role of CEO of Passages, Zach has led with conviction in the wake of the October 7th terrorist attacks. He mobilized the organization to provide critical support, directing $100,000 from Passages’ War Relief Fund to aid the Druze community in Majdel Shams—a powerful symbol of solidarity with Israel’s diverse citizens. Within his first eight months, he has actively guided the Passages team in educating and equipping thousands of Christian college students to be vocal, informed advocates for Israel and the Jewish people. Under his leadership, Passages is not only continuing its mission to take Christian students to Israel, but also evolving into a leading voice in pro-Israel education and grassroots advocacy among the next generation of Christian leaders.
